Missing or Lost Packages

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within , 7 days of the delivery date. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Change of Shipping Address

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help you, provided the order hasn’t already been shipped.
